This survey aims to determine the role of system quality, information quality, service quality, and government regulation on e-commerce usage. Using a quantitative approach, an online survey questionnaire was conducted among 428 e-commerce consumers. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicates that system quality, information quality, and government regulation have a positive effect on usage behavior while service quality has a negative effect on usage behavior. To improve public knowledge about transaction security in e-commerce, thorough socialization and education are needed, targeting all parties involved in online transactions, including marketplaces, payment providers, and delivery services.
