The data source included in our study is represented by the information published in the Annual and Sustainability reports for 2018 by 62 entities listed on the BSE and 40 entities listed on the main market ATHEX. The results obtained from the econometric modeling reflect the existence of a positive relationship between CEO duality and performance.
